Do you accept referrals?
Of course! We consider personal referrals the highest compliment.
What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?
The essence of an emergency is that it is an unplanned event. We’re available to help our patients with dental emergencies after hours. Please
call our main line for assistance.
I have a temporary crown in my mouth. What happens if it comes off or breaks?
If you have problems with your temporary,
call our dental office for help. Often an over-the-counter fixative can temporarily alleviate the problem. In some instances, you may need to stop by our office – but please call first so we can expect you. In the future, consider CEREC crowns. They are milled and placed in a single visit, so you won’t have to worry about temporaries!
My child has had an accident and his/her tooth has been entirely knocked out. What do I do?
Call our office for assistance. We’re happy to help you with any dental emergency.
How can I ask the doctor questions directly?
Dr. Dick will listen to your questions at your scheduled visit, or if you need answers now, simply
email us. You need to fully understand our treatment plan and your state of oral health, so we welcome your questions and will answer them with pleasure and accuracy.
What precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?
Your safety is a top priority. Our office adheres to the highest sterilization standards, exceeding all requirements. In addition, our staff is trained to practice strict sterilization and infection control techniques consistently and effectively. Patients can feel confident that our office is a safe, clean environment for their dental healthcare.
